Room was clean and staff were great, maybe a seperate area for kids in the lower level for breakfast as our 1 year old did get a little noisy at one stage and the poor cranky lady in the corner reading her book didn’t really appreciate it. But loved the stay and would stay again

Room was ok staff was good, chrome cast on tv didn’t work James was nice enough to come up and try and fix it, didn’t work out in the end but still a great guy for trying, so nothing really to kick back and enjoy in the room, we also asked for a couple spare towels lady comes up knocks on the door and hands me a couple ripped towels not even folded, is this normal? paid $250 for the night, should’ve got breakfast with that price what a joke.

We had a one-night stay in a one-bedroom apartment on the 5th floor. The apartment was spacious but wardrobes, doors, tables and furniture throughout showed considerable wear and tear which we were surprised about. Our sleep was also disturbed as the air conditioning/ventilation system was very noisy throughout the night. Despite turning off the air conditioning at the unit, the noise persisted. Would only rate our experience as 3 stars.

The hotel itself was clean although our wash basin wouldn't drain. The hotel room was a tiny bit noisy. On checkin the receptionist didn't explain anything. I had to ask about breakfast. I also needed to ask where to park our car. Most reception staff advise you of all of the above upon checkin. Although breakfast was included in our package apparently coffees made by a barista were not. This should have also been explained as being an extra charge.
