Room was nice and comfortable and location was quiet in good location for where we needed to be. Service is weird - self check in on computer screen - although the receptionist have us our key. Our room was lovely and bar staff friendly with good food. Felt let down at check-in with ambivalent staff who kept delaying our check-in to room, and for cost of room felt unwelcome. Wouldn’t stay again.

The efforts by all staff I encountered was exceptional, and I greatly appreciate how they took into consideration my post hospital need for a room to be available short of the generalised booking in time. Interactions with room service staff and the quality of meals and service were somethings that enabled me to quickly recuperate, then, coupled with the services available close by I was able to travel readily and eventually return home. I'm grateful for the help and assistance provided, and look forward to again staying at Rydges on North Shore.
