✔ No smoking inside the house (outdoor areas allowed)

✔ No shoes on carpeted areas – Please use the designated area for shoes

✔ Keep noise levels down after 10:00 PM to respect neighbors



🏡 Guest & Visitor Policy

✔ Only the registered number of guests can stay overnight

✔ Visitors are welcome but must leave by 10:00 PM

✔ Extra guest fee applies if more guests stay than booked



🎉 Events & Gatherings

❌ No parties or events without prior approval

✔ Small gatherings are allowed if there’s no loud music, yelling, or disturbance



🐶 Pets

✔ Pets allowed with prior approval and a pet fee applies

✔ Keep pets off beds and furniture

✔ Clean up after your pet to avoid additional charges



🧹 Cleanliness & Check-Out

✔ Place all used towels in the bathtub or laundry basket

✔ Do not wash bed linen – Let us handle it professionally

✔ If any accidents happen (e.g., spills, stains, bed-wetting), inform us so we can properly clean it

✔ Return game equipment to its place after use

✔ Lock doors but leave windows open/unlocked when checking out
