Newly renovated, this apartment is perfect for; A couple, a solo traveller, a family or an astute business person. The apartment is fully furnished, clean, clutter free, comfortable and convenient for all your needs.

The Space:
Furnished with designer decor, quality linen, cooking facilities, bathroom essentials, and street parking.

Our aim is to make your stay as comfortable as can be. We live 10minutes away and are happy to assist 24/7. The apartment is professionally cleaned prior to every new visitor with new sheets and towels and has security lock door for safety.

Please note:

This is a home, not a hotel, we rent our home out for overseas travelers to enjoy all that Sydney has to offer, With that being said please be respectful and mindful that there will be imperfections like any home that is used on a daily basis. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN OVER; general wear and tear, aesthetics within the apartment eg; furnishings, surrounding noises from the street, passing cars or construction work taking place.

Please do not use my towels to remove make up - I will have to charge you for any damages.

*Please notify me if anything is missing on check in or check out so I can replace it immediately.

*strictly no smoking within the apartment if you do I will charge you for any damages.

*Please put the key back in the lockbox when you check out and SCRAMBLE THE NUMBERS(Very important!)** If you lose the key or the key isn't inside the lockbox when you check out, you will be charged $300 for a locksmith to come unlock and re-key the door. (We re-key the door for safety precautions)

*strictly no pets allowed on the premises.

Guest Access:
The entire apartment- our home is fitted out specifically for Airbnb hosting and guests will have access to the entire apartment.

For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)

The Neighborhood:
The neighbourhood is a beautiful area, across the road from a park and minutes away from public transport , the iconic Bondi Beach, Bondi junction and the City.

Getting Around:
There is a bus stop 100m down or up the road, the train station is a 10minute walk into Bondi Junction otherwise there are plenty of uber and taxi drivers around.

Other Things to Note:
Please note during the week from 8-9.30am and from 2.30-4.00pm there is no parking allowed across the road due to school pick up and drop off. Although there is still plenty of street parking on the other side of the road and have never had an issue with finding a car spot.

All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.

Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.

There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighborhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.

There is a non refundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. All guests are required to complete an online insurance / security form before checking in. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie to verify the booking details. Service fee is non refundable when booking is cancelled. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.

Please note: Vaping within the unit is strictly prohibited. Please be aware that fire detectors will be triggered by the use of vapes. Any associated call-out fees for fire alarm activation will be billed to you.

Interaction with Guests:
We give guests full privacy but are most welcome to reach out. Simply send us a message via the channel where you booked, we have a 100% response rate. We are also just a phone call away :)

2 nights at Bellevue Hill

Property has been renovated which was good and everything worked well. Has no air conditioning and it was very hot in Sydney during our stay. Property has some portable fans however could not locate a power point in the bedroom which would have helped with the hot night. Location was good as we had a function in Rose Bay

Good, but underwhelming


Property was clean, and generally a good layout - the dining table clutters an already small kitchen/ lounge area. The pictures portray more natural light than in actuality. We found there was an issue with the water flow in the shower (which we passed on) - takes a significant amount of time to warm up and then has terrible water pressure, if any. The id requirement seemed a bit over the top and unfortunately after we’d made the ‘non refundable’ booking, the host notified us that there was a fire safety check early on our first morning - understandably this is necessary and although only took a few minutes was very disappointing to have to deal with on our weekend away. We would’ve appreciated the host being more up front or giving us the option to make another booking especially as they wouldn’t compromise on timing. Good location and easy check in/ check out process. The property is fine, some more attention to detail would benefit but our experience certainly didn’t live up the expectation that the listing created/ reads as.

Not what it seems.....

There are plenty of pictures showing a light and airy apartment however, what it did not show was that it was in fact, what could be considered, a basement flat bounded by other apartment blocks and the road and therefore very little natural light. Internally the flat was laid out ok but did not have a dining table and more importantly was not particularly clean with dust built up on blinds and not used surfaces, stains on the floor and sofa and residue in the washing machine, It is managed by Homehost who did react and attempted to resolve the cleanliness issue but unfortunately we were not prepared to hang around whilst it was cleaned. Anyway we checked out early as we found the whole experience pretty depressing and moved to a 1st floor flat with sea views. We told Homehost we had checked out and requested some compensation if the flat was let again which Hoemehost was happy to do.... however, when it came to it following the letting of the flat he referred us back to Stayz and so reneging on his commitment
