Die Wohnung Nr.8 ist großzügig geschnitten und hell. Einige Möbe (Sessel, Stühle)l könnten mal erneuert werden, aber davon abgesehen ist die Ausstattung der Wohnung in einem guten Zustand. Das Haus war ruhig und im Schwimmbad und in der Sauna war es nie zu voll. Besonders der Strandkorb auf dem Balkon hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Residenz Bismarck sehr zu empfehlen. Wellnessanlage super, sehr genossen. Die Wohnung Nr. 8 sehr gut gelegen, hell und geräumig. Das Mobilar leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sessel und Tisch im Wohnzimmer eher etwas für in den Wintergarten. Küchenausstattung , aus Altbestand , schade ...vieles nicht brauchbar. Abstellraum, der mit angeboten war, nicht zu nutzen, da vom Eigentümer voll ausgefüllt war. Also Koffer, Schuhe usw. auf Schlafzimmer und Diele verteilen. Trotzdem werden wir die Wohnung wieder buchen, in der Hoffnung auf Abstellung dieverser Beanstandungen.

große helle grundsätzlich sehr schöne Wohnung, leider ist die Einrichtung etwas altmodisch und zum Teil lieblos zusammengestellt. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr alt, es gab nicht einmal 4 gleiche Wassergläser und nur 2 unterschiedliche Weingläser. Die Beleuchtung ist sehr dunkel, man konnte abends und im Bett kaum lesen. Die Dampfsauna ist wohl schön länger defekt. Ansonsten ist die Schwimm- und Wellnessbereich sehr schön.

Die Wohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet. Qualitativ haben uns die guten Betten und die Auswahl der Kissen gut gefallen. Der Service von König Sylt bei Dingen, um die wir gebeten haben, waren war sehr freundlich und schnell. Gerade in der kühlen Jahreszeit war die zentrale Lage in Westerland perfekt. Das gilt auch für die Tickets für den ÖPNV: Wir waren täglich mit dem Bus unterwegs.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral und ist mit Aufzug zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist großzügig ausgestattet und durch die vielen Fenster schön hell. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten. Gut gefallen hat uns außerdem dass alles geräuscharm ist im Haus. Sauna und Hallenbad sind topp und jederzeit zu empfehlen. Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub, zu dem auch die Lage und Größe der Wohnung entscheidend beigetragen hat. Die Betreuung und Abwicklung durch König Appartment war hervorragend.
