Die gesamte Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss auf einer Ebene. Großzügige Raumgrösse. Es gibt zwei bequeme Sofas im Wohnraum. Die Wohnlage ist ruhig und auch von der darüberliegenden Wohnung hört man sehr wenig.Große Teile der Innenausstattung sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr gepflegt.
