We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were large and clean. The front staff (Paola and Emanuela) were fantastic. They arranged dinner reservations and transportation for us , plus many recommendations. I will note that the noise from the hallway and other rooms above us were pretty loud (we were on the first floor). Other guests coming in late at night or leaving early were hard to ignore. We had 2 rooms on opposite sides and it was an issue for us both. I would recommend bringing ear plugs because this is the only fault that I can think of. Everything else was fantastic.

The staff was exceptional and literally assisted us from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. A special gratzie to Paola for her knowledge, time, and care. Fresh water bottles were given every day which we have not found to be standard practice at other hotels, so was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay again next time we visit. Grazie, Rob

This was at the end of our Sicilian adventure and a great way to finish. The staff are friendly, communicative and helpful. They go out of their way to ensure your stay is as good as it possibly can be. The hotel is clean, in a great location and the rooms are beautiful.

Emanuella was extremely helpful. Before we arrrived she sent me multiple what’s app notices on parking information and for our arrival. She was very nice and very helpful even with the dinner suggestions. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Close to all the sites. Would recommend it to everyone who is coming to Siracusa.

Fabulous hotel

Absolutely fabulous! The staff went above and beyond to make my husband and I + 16 month old feel welcome and comfortable. They surprised us with a room upgrade and bottle of Prosecco to celebrate our 10th anniversary. Constant communication via WhatsApp in the lead up to arriving and they stayed late for our arrival. Parking was a valet service which made things simple since the streets are narrow and we didn’t see any parking. The area is very walkable so we didn’t need to take our car out of the valet during our stay. The staff also sent me a list of recommendations for dinners during our stay. They were all fantastic recommendations.
