The house (semi-detached house) is divided into two floors and is in a quiet location, only 8 km from Siracusa's charming old town, in a park-like area. The nearest sandy bay is only 300 m on foot away.
It has its own tennis court (with floodlights and tennis rackets), a large lawn and a privat swimming pool.
On the ground floor there is the kitchen, laundry room with washing machine, living / dining room and a guest toilet. On the upper floor there are 3 air-conditioned (summer / winter) bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1x shower & 1x tub) and a terrace.
It has its own tennis court (with floodlights and tennis rackets), a large lawn and a privat swimming pool.
