The property is set on a hill nearby Syracuse and features a spacious living room with two single sofa beds, a dining table and a television. The villa boasts a fully equipped kitchen, which opens onto a terrace with a gazebo, furnished with an outdoor dining table, as well as a second indoor kitchen. The spacious sleeping area consists of five separate bedrooms, all with queen-size beds. There are three bathrooms with bidets and showers, along with a laundry area.

The wonderful garden completes the layout: the outdoor space includes a private pool, a barbecue area equipped with sink, as well as a solarium with sun loungers and sofas, ideal for relaxing and hosting outdoor dinners.

For lovers of relaxation and the sea, Eastern Sicily and the area around Syracuse offer everything you could desire. Starting from the ancient Greek city and heading south, the best equipped and most beautiful beaches to explore are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella, and Fontane Bianche, named after the natural freshwater springs and the particular white color of the sand. Inside the island of Ortigia, you will also find equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno) and a free beach called Cala Rossa. Venturing further south, about 30 km, we find beautiful unspoiled and rugged beaches, including Calamosche, Vendicari with its Natural Wildlife Oasis, and the beautiful San Lorenzo. For culture enthusiasts, the Greek Theatre of Syracuse and the entire archaeological park with the Ear of Dionysius, a cave carved into the limestone in the shape of a human ear, the Paolo Orsi museum, and the Latomie dei Cappuccini, as well as Ortigia itself with its historical and cultural beauties as well as its scenic beauty, are a must-see. Not to be missed is Noto, the seafront with the tuna fishery of Avola, and finally the fishing village of Marzamemi. In short, Sicily is a land to be explored, and its natural and cultural beauties are treasures to behold.



The accommodation is located approximately 60 km from Catania airport and a 10-15 minute drive from Syracuse and Floridia. The Syracuse Sud motorway exit is a 3-minute drive away.
