This hotel was absolutely gorgeous. The hospitality was amazing. The only thing is that if you have tattoos, you’re not able to go into the pool unless you wear a cover up provided by the hotel, which is similar to a wet suit.

The room was spacious and perfect for a family trip. The location was also quite convenient — easy access to central Tokyo areas like Shinjuku and Tokyo Station. Excellent property, clean, modern, very spacious room. Professional staff. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Our room has a great view to Fuji! Only a short walk to Tachikawa station. This is our 2nd time staying at the hotel. We enjoyed our stay so much and we will definitely stay at Sorano next time we visit Tokyo again!
