Quality built and recently completely remodeled beautiful 4BD 2.5Bth rambler located within walking distance from Washington State Fair. Located in the heart of Puyallup, this property is the ideal location for your stay! You will find everything you need for a comfortable stay in our great charming town. You can walk to Starbucks and various food establishments. Whether it is work or travel that brings you to Puyallup, this location is amazing.
Our large and newly remodeled family home is comfortable for up to 9 guests. Situated near Washington State Fair, this home offers 4 spacious bedrooms, 2.5bathrooms, 1 living room with big screen TV, a dining area, a large kitchen with brand new appliances, and a laundry room. Whether hanging out in our large backyard watching movies in the family room, our home is a great retreat while being just minutes from the restaurants, shops, the hospital, and being 2-3 minutes walking distance to the Washington State Fairgrounds and 30 seconds away from the freeway. Outside of house there 2 exterior cameras one is above the garage, and one at the front entrance with surveillance at all time. This is to protect guests from intruders as well as to protect property.

Perfect place for a larger group

Cute home in a quiet neighborhood in the middle of Puyallup! We were very comfortable and kitchen had all items necessary for us to cook for ourselves. Will stay again. But do suggest eye masks if you prefer it darker when sleeping , the windows have blinds, but no dark shades.

Great location being close to state fairgrounds, freeway system, shopping malls, and numerous parks for hiking. Bedroom off to the side works well if you want separation between parties. Bathrooms, especially showers were quite small, but functional. Nice place for the money spent.

House was lovely. Very homey and beautifully decorated. Everything we needed was provided. We appreciated having a locked garage to park in. Huge backyard, comfortable beds and bedding. Easy access to freeway. We would definitely come back again!

Great house, great host, highly recommend

This was my first stay in a vrbo or similar situation so I was unsure what to expect, but host was great and very understanding and able to accommodate our groups size which I talked with her about beforehand. The house is right around the corner from the freeway which is incredibly convenient and just a few houses down from a convenient store which also came in handy. She offers slippers for her guest to wear in the house which my kids thought were just the cutest things ever. If I ever need to stay in Washington again I would definitely stay here. Highly recommend! Also she gives you a door code to get in, we didn’t have to meet at a specific time, which was nice since we were traveling from 12 hrs away.

Great place for a group

The property was clean, and the amenities to cook and wash clothes were great. There is a supermarket on the corner, which is handy. Beware, however, that although it's listed as a feature, there is NO central A/C. They have portable A/C units, which were taken before we stayed there last week. Unfortunately, the first day and night were hot and humid for our group. Each bedroom has portable fans .The bedroom windows could use light-darkening curtains as there are only vinyl mini blinds, which let lots of light in. Also, there is a $50.00 per person per day for not reflecting the number of occupants. If five, etc., people are staying, state that on the booking.

It was advertised as central air. It had 3 portable AC units that cycled on and off. They did cool. The house is nice, but the neighborhood is pretty shabby. It is very close to the Fair Grounds. It is convenient to Safeway, Walmart, Costco, etc. Also, easy to go N to Seattle or S to Olympia. It has a huge back yard, but not manicured. Overall, it was a nice stay, but needs some amenities like additional drinking glasses, remote for garage. It has lots of plates and coffee cups. Very nice appliances.
