The beds were un comfortable. If you're short bring a step stool. And if you're elderly, i advise you to look elsewhere. Very hard to get into the beds. Couldn't get a handicap room, because we needed 2 beds and all the handicap rooms have 1 bed. Management was great as Expedia messed up our reservation.

Got a smoking room when we ordered a non smoking one. It says non smoking but room smelled like smoke. No shampoo or any soap. Room was dirty

Floors were dirty. Had like no towels. Pretty sure there was a drug dealer 2 doors down. They went in and out all night. Loud music in other rooms. A lot of homeless around. No coffee in the room. Staff was extremely friendly.
