This comfortable home is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood in Fife, Washington.
Just 1 mile off of I-5 in Fife, you'll find this home just a short distance away from Downtown Tacoma. In the north-end of this city you'll find the Ruston Way Waterfront, Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium, along with a variety of restaurants to please the most discerning pallet. This area boasts miles of walkways for biking/running/rollerblading if you are ready for some outdoor adventure. Additional local attractions include, Chihuly Glass Museum, LeMay Car Museum, Tacoma Dome along with the Western Washington Fairgrounds in Puyallup if you happen to be here in September. For those that ski, Crystal Mountain Ski Resort is approximately 1 hour east along with the Mt. Rainier National Park which has drive-able site seeing, and world class hiking.

Just 30 miles north you'll find the City of Seattle. Seattle, is surrounded by water, mountains and evergreen forests, that encompass thousands of acres of parkland (hence its nickname, "Emerald City"). It’s home to a thriving tech industry, with Microsoft, and Amazon headquartered in its metropolitan area. The futuristic Space Needle, a legacy of the 1962 World’s Fair, is its most recognizable landmark. Pike Place Market is a public market, one of the oldest continuously operated public farmers' markets in the United States, and overlooks the Elliott Bay waterfront; a "must see" when visiting Seattle.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was comfortable.It had a great entertainment room. All the appliances worked perfectly. The bed was comfortable. One of the best things about this place was the water pressure in the master bedroom shower. If you're like me, and you really enjoy and appreciate strong water pressure, you'll like this shower. It's central location made it close to dining and shopping, but far enough from the town to give you a relaxed feel. The home is located in a nice quiet neighborhood, and only about 45 minutes away from the airport. It felt like it was just redone. The carpets are nice and clean as are the wood flooring.If we ever need to be back in this area, we would definitely stay here again.

Large Pristine Property - slow internet

A large fully equipped, single storey property which is spotlessly clean and very well maintained. It is located in a quiet residential road not too far from the Interstate Highway. It is easy to get to Seattle (easiest to drive to Angle Lake Sounder Station and take advantage of free parking and $3.00 fare to the city centre) and not too far from Mt Rainier. The only downside is a frustratingly slow internet connection. I could only get a maximum of 11 Mbps and it would often drop to below 1 Mbps (not even enough to easily browse emails). The large TV in the viewing room was great, but the potential was limited to only satellite broadcast channels. A great property, as long as you don't need a fast internet connection.
