I LOVED this hotel. At first, I thought I had misbooked because we didn't pay that much (our stay was around June 14th), but it was a beautiful hotel. The wood floors, Nespresso machine, window overlooking the Alps, and spacious, beautiful bathroom were amazing. Now, as far as the town itself, there's not a lot to do, but we slept in, trained to Zermatt (15 min) and saw the Matterhorn. At the end of our day in Zermatt, we trained back, slept in our beautiful hotel room and paid a very good price. Personally, because it was chilly at night and in the morning anyway, we didn't go out until about noon. So for us, it was perfect to stay outside of Zermatt for a much lower price, great room quality, and a quick and pretty train ride to Zermatt. I really didn't feel like we missed out on anything by not staying in Zermatt. I HIGHLY recommend this place!

Highly recommend staying here. Family room was large to give us space to spread out. Breakfast was great. Close to train. Recommend asking for hotel taxi to zermatt ($) if you want to check out the town

Nice new hotel close to train station. Room was very nice. Only unfortunate thing was room is just above staff smoking area and the garbage. It was so hot in the room with no fans or AC but if window was open we choked on smoke. After midnight it was nicer and cooled room off.

We got a free upgrade to a beautiful suite room and the views were amazing. Surprisingly the room has a full kitchen with utensils and stove along with a large fridge....This hotel is also conveniently close to the train station

This newly opened hotel is clean and quite , the staff at reception was nice and helpful! The location is just about 50 meter to the train terminal to Zermatt, the hotel has onsite underground parking with fee which is convenient for car driving traveling

This place is a very clean, with a lakeside view that makes your morning and evenings magical. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Our only complaint would be the need to update their showers, the shower is a handheld shower and the small glass pain over the tub is unable to retain the water. Everytime while showering a puddle of water would leak onto the bathroom floor.
