Staycation...

We were booked initially in a nice and new room. Unfortunately, there was no water in the bathroom, hence, we were transferred to another available bigger room with 2 beds good for 4 persons, but not as nice as our initial booked room. The bathroom is quite old and needs improvement. Overall, the price is reasonable for our a night stay and accessible to Tagaytay sites.

I was looking forward for my weekend break in tagaytay until I arrived in Amiramona hotel no porter to help carry my suitcase to my room.the safe not working,the air-con is noisy the room smell like dump wall, bathroom is dirty no basic shower gel or shampoo things like that.i ask them to get me a taxi they just egnore this I have to carry my suitcase all the way to the road.overall I am very very disappointed .

Bed was very noisy (SQUEAKY). Every move you make it makes noise. Aircon was not good. It got too hot before the compressor turned on making the room too cold 30 minutes. The next 30 minutes, it was too warm. Was not able to sleep. Breakfast was ok. No wifi. Tv was a little old.

The place did not meet our expectation

Hotel room especially the toilet and bath needs thorough make over, leaking faucets, floor with grimes. We booked a room for 4 pax but when we checked-in toiletries provided were for 2 pax only. We have to call the staff attention for additional toiletries. The rooms we booked were supposed to have wifi access but to our surprise there was none, even LAN connection was not available. Overall. we're very disappointed; saving grace was the hotel staff, they were courteous.

It is clean and well maintained. Nice staff and they also serve good breakfast. Best location if you want to hear the morning mass at Pink Sisters.

The room was spacious. There is not that much view from the hotel room that we booked but the hotel is just a short walk to the Pink Sisters Monastery, a tourist attraction. The complimentary breakfast is okay but nothing special. The hotel's design is dated and needs updating.

Tops for staff friendliness

Unfortunately room service was not provided until the 4th day, only after the matter was brought to their attention. The wash basin was leaking at the base, thus a wet bathroom floor everytime it was used. Appreciate the free toiletries but one toothbrush and the shampoo have been previously used when we checked in.

No exhaust fan in the bathroom!!!

It was our first time to go to Tagaytay to have our annual Visita Iglesia. So, the original plan was just to visit 7 churches then travel back to MNL. But my dad suggested to stay there for one night so we wont experience the massive traffic. It was holy tuesday back then and many hotels were fully booked. We tried to look here in Expedia so we could find good and cheap hotels that can accommodate us (4 adults). Some hotels have pay parking so they are already out of our list. Finally, we saw this hotel. Though, they do not offer free wifi but their parking is free. It was Holy Thursday (1:30 pm) when we got there. The hotel is near to Pink sisters convent so it was kinda traffic. People were going to the same direction we were heading to. So, before we start with our plan, we tried to ask the hotel guard if we can park our car since we have our reservation there and they allowed us. We asked the receptionist if we can check in earlier than the standard time which is 2:00 pm and they allowed us. The staffs were very accommodating and polite. When we got in the room, it was kinda small but the beds were very comfy. I'm the kind of person who always check first the bathroom. The initial reaction was "no exhaust fan? really?" Then, my dad turned on the tv and no signal. It needs signal so we can able to watch clearly. 2 people came in our room to check it. But they ended up, replacing the tv. The food was good though the area was not enough to serve large number of guest.

had to ask for room service or would not get it small room wifi aweful no spa on site like advertised charged for coffee refill at breakfast over priced for what you actually received I guess that is why we didn't see any guests during our 4 day stay
