The interior boasts a full kitchen and a spacious living room where everyone can relax and spread out. Head off into the bonus room for some friendly competition with the Ping-Pong table, foosball, and air hockey! You even have a private hot tub to unwind in after a fun-packed day out!

Every moment can be filled with activities no matter the season. This rental is close to many Tahoe Donner amenities such as Trout Creek for swimming, golfing, and working out. Check out the equestrian center just a few miles away or hit the many hiking and biking trails that wind around the area. In the winter, you are just a few miles from the Donner Downhill Ski Resort and Cross Country Ski Center. Palisades Alpine Meadows, Northstar and Palisades Tahoe are also within 15 miles of this home. THINGS TO KNOW
The use of Tahoe Donner HOA facilities requires additional daily fees
*Following the Tahoe Donner HOA agreements, gatherings of people not renting the home are not allowed. Authorities will be notified if there is a party or large gathering in the home.*No excessive noise and/or trash
*All exterior lights must be turned off between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am, seven days a week.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
