The room is clean when you are not looking. But when you look, there is a layer of dust on the area i think the cleaner just dont bother to clean. And no vacuum either.

This resort is quite good and very spacious. As a family of four, we had plenty of room and felt very comfortable. The amenities were also impressive. Complimentary snacks, beverages, and coffee(pods)—a pleasant surprise, as these are usually not free in many other hotels—were available throughout the stay. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choices and a large, airy dining hall. Since we stayed on a weekday, there weren’t many other guests, so we could easily pick what we thought was the best table, with a beautiful view of the fountain in the front yard. In the afternoon, we spent some enjoyable time at the pool in the backyard. My sons had a lot of fun playing with water and water guns. While it’s not comparable to a water park in terms of attractions, it is still a great feature to have. Later, we bought discounted tickets to the amusement park, but unfortunately, we had to return them due to heavy rain. The lady at the counter was very understanding and processed the refund without any questions, even though the reason for returning the tickets was obvious. The parking lot, like everything else here, is spacious and conveniently located on the L1 floor. It's free until the evening on the day of checkout, which is another plus. Overall, we had a great experience. I hope we can return one day.

Everything was perfect, except for the swimming pool which was cold . The reason the swimming pool is empty is simply due to the fact it is too cold

Great for families as the hotel was very near to the theme park, and there was special price for guests to enter the theme park. Breakfast was a great spread too!

Pleasant family stay

We had a good couple of days with our 3 year old daughter. Rooms was nice and clean and service overall was efficient. They catered well for a family. My only negative feedback will be the breakfast. We had to wait in long lines for food, very Taiwan style meaning pre fried eggs so usually cold. No choice on how you need your eggs. Most of the food was cold. Very long lines at the bread table as they only have two toasters. Same for coffee, only two makers that can make coffee with milk.

Basically, the hotel could possibly satisfy traveler with the most of their offers and services, but the super slow check-in and the carelessness of carpet cleaning can definitely be a backlash to the hotel impression
