The room was clean, comfortable and in a excellant location close to train station. The snack area on level 2 is open from 730 am to midnight daily. I would recommend this hotel to stay at.

Overall this is very nice place to stay and it’s convenient to get around the area. The only problem we had was difficult to find a parking spot.

The room layout was not like what was portrayed online. Jacuzzi didn’t work. The traveler’s kitchen was a disappointment. It wasn’t well stocked.

As I said in my check in report I have booked 10 days at this hotel this month but when I asked for a one hour extension on check out I was denied. Also previously I asked for iron and ironing board for my room and the awesome staff brought them to my room. This time when I asked I was told I would have to wait until the next day or I could go to the basement and iron my clothes. I would say what upset me is the lack of professionalism by the heavy set young man at the front desk. He seemed a bit rude and lacked guest service skills. I have travelled from the United States and was just requesting simple accommodations. Generally my wife and I love this hotel and so many of the awesome staff and we will continue coming to this hotel when we are in Taiwan. Thanks

We stayed here 5 nights and truly appreciated the value of this hotel. Big room, comfy beds, fast wifi, smart TV, big bathroom, free simple breakfast, personable front desk crew, 7-11 and family mart closeby, bakery almost next door, many local places to eat close by, fast uber delivery for Mcdonalds, and close to Metro station. We were a party of 2 and the room was huge for the two of us. We recommend this place

We purposely picked this hotel because of the space and amenities. We had alot of luggages so I wanted to make sure we had the space for it since we were staying for 2 weeks. Via Breeze offer free snacks, drinks and late night ramen. My family loved it. We also love to use their free foot bath area after a long day out. Staff was great, cleaning service was awesome (when we asked for it). Hotel was very close to the station and they have washer/dryer down in the basement. Across from the hotel, they have a beef noodle & potstickers restaurant. 7-11 & family mart is less than 1 min walk. We would definitely pick this place again if we get the chance to come back.

The staffs are super nice. It’s located near a subway station. There are lots of store nearby. The room was spacious. I don’t know why all the hot tubs were not operational. I purposely booked the room for it but couldn’t use it.
