I researced this home by the reviews. It was not even close to a 4 star property. The carpets were filthy, i didn't dare take my shoes off. The walls were dirty, the bathrooms had mold in all the showers. It looked like the place hadn't benn cleaned for months. There was a huge patched hole in the dining room that looked like a water leak. The house smelled nasty and there was no way my family was staying there. VRBO PEOPLE BEWARE this house is nasty. We left the house and got a hotel. I reached out to David the property manager and he ignored us when we told him we were leaving the property and asking for a refund. What a shame, i would be embarrassed if i tried to rent this home to anyone!!

Rented this when moving our son into school. Great location and very clean. Loved that the sheets and towels were provided as we are came from out of town. Great communication with the host, David. Will rent again for another trip to Tallahassee.
