The stay itself was fine. My major issue is that when I tried to book a room in person they said they only had rooms at a certain price. Then I pointed out I saw rooms online for half that seconds earlier and they shrugged. This is predatory business. Someone shouldn’t get extorted if their cellphone happens to die. I guess thanks for the deal hotels.com?

Place was lovely but rooms were very small even after an upgrade. We were there for 3 nights and our towels weren’t replaced. We were told that there wouldn’t be house keeping but we didn’t expect not to get fresh towels for that amount of time. This wasn’t a major problem though as the facilities were amazing! The place was also very quiet and beds were comfortable.

Perfect Port Location

Fantastic value with the spa access included! Hotel was very close to the ferry terminals and approximately 15 minutes walk away from the old town.

Our bathroom was full of black mold. Hair dryer was very dirty. A lot of dirt and dust around the room. The pillows were falling apart. The spa was full of running kids. So doors to saunas are constantly open. The spa itself smelled like chlorine but looked very dirty. Me and my 13 years old went there with excitement but left the spa in 30 mins max since it was too hectic, too dirty and I started to have allergic reaction from all of the chlorine. I would give maximum of 2.5 stars to this place. We were supposed to stay 2 nights, but left after first night.

Great hotel with a good spa

Very nice, modern hotel. Breakfast was not included in the price so we didn’t go. The room was very clean, amazing beds!!!! They were super comfortable, they even have a pillow menu and for 5€ per room you can choose from a wide variety of pillows, but the default one was very good too. There was a balcony to get some fresh air into the room. Spa is 8-22 and free for hotel guests, good range of saunas and two large indoor pools. The staff was nice and helpful. The only thing is, it was not dirty per se but could’ve been better. There was a stain, likely from a spilled drink on Sunday evening in the spa. The next morning the stain was still there, so the floor likely wasn’t cleaned. The hotel is about 1,2km from the old town center, depending on your view that might be a little far, but there is a tram stop very close

It's a beautiful hotel, clean and professional. The staff resolved every request we had. No smile tho, it's about the culture here I guess. The spa is a bit worn out, but this shouldn't put you down. It's gorgeous and very well designed. Many different types of sauna, hamam, Steam rooms. Beautiful pools where a bar is located in as well ;). The room we got was Premium one, but be aware it's on smaller side. Prefer the other options, if you want more comfort. Breaky was ok, a bit better than budget hotels like Travelodge, holiday inn...etc. And location wise, you will be closer to the port than the old town where all the attractions, bars restos are located. So be prepared for a little walk of 15 mins. Over all, if you are looking for a spa hotel, this is the one in Tallinn, highly recommended.

The hotel and the spa are wonderful . The staff is friendly and helpful. It would be a nice initiative if they could offer a little discount to the clients who book there very often.
