Yes there was no hot water . My daughter was not able to bathe her babies. The ladies next door in room 101. Was very rude told my daughter she unfit mom . She was very upset.

Room was clean, shower door takes up bathroom sails the floor way opens Beds and pillows are great. Front staff good Breakfast very minimal, missing biscuits and gravy supposed to be out. Waffles good

The room was clean and looked new and updated. The hot tub was clean with only a small amount of "foam" floating around. The pool was clean. Staff was helpful and cheerful. Will definitely be back!

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The bathroom is a strange set up with getting into the shower. The toilet pedestal needs to be cleaned (I think it is often missed). Hot tub is always great! Breakfast needs to return back to eggs, sausage with biscuits and gravy. For a resort tour with outdoor activities your gguest need more fuel in the morning than cereal and muffins.

This is a nice clean quiet hotel with a decent breakfast and walking distance to the town center. Would definitely consider staying here again if traveling to the area.

Room was clean. Bathroom was updated, spacious, and clean. There was an indoor hot tub and pool that was nice to relax in after a day of fun and skiing. The continental breakfast had a variety of items to eat. The staff was very nice. The king bed was slightly softer but still comfortable. I would come back and stay again.
