Tamarindo Beach is a beautiful beach with amazing waves, sunsets and so much more. Tamarindo is a great town full of things to do, great restaurants, shops and nightlife. People from all over the world call Tamarindo "home" making it a melting pot of experiences, food and activities. Tamarindo has something for everyone...from family friendly restaurants and activities, surf lessons, kayaking, boogie boarding etc. to great restaurants, bars and nightlife. There are amazing boutiques, souvenir shopping and great grocery stores and farmer's and night markets. Tamarindo is a great place to take a surf lesson or to hop on a boat for a day of fishing or a sunset Catamaran tour. We even have a skate park and basketball court for those who want something to do in addition to the beach. The Tamarindo Bay offers surf breaks for multiple levels of surfers and calm waters for those who just want to swim and float. The Tamarindo beach is a beautiful beach for walking, playing volleyball or just sitting and watching the sunset. Just outside of Tamarindo, there are amazing bike trails for mountain bikers, and it's an easy drive to many other amazing beaches. Tamarindo has lodging for everyone's budget - from budget friendly small units in town to multi-million dollar houses up on the hill with amazing views.

Tamarindo is 1 hour away from the Liberia Airport, you can arrange shuttles or car rentals through us with special prices and discounts.

The condo is located in the heart of Tamarindo just steps from the beach. The unit comes with central air, cable TV, full kitchen, shared swimming pool. Sleeping 10 maximum.

The Sunrise condominium complex is a Spanish, hacienda style design featuring 24-hour security, secure parking and an oversized pool. In the heart of Tamarindo it’s just a few steps from the beach, numerous restaurants, bars, and shops, surf shops, bank, casino and internet cafe. It's just across the street from Playa Tamarindo, a favorite surf location. Despite its central location, the Sunrise complex is quiet, safe and private.

Each unit at Sunrise is modern and tastefully decorated. The central air-conditioning keeps your condo cool and comfortable while you enjoy the ocean views (selected units), from your terrace. The condos are fully furnished, spacious, and include all the amenities, including refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, stereo, cable TV, and DVD. The main room is open, combining kitchen, dining and living areas for a wide open feel. The kitchens are fully equipped and feature granite countertops, hosting bar, beautiful cabinets, and appliances.

Great say. The are conditioning was nice to have. Sometimes the AC felt like it was struggling to keep up. Dishwasher was replaced after we stayed for a couple days, but was not essential. Plenty of room. Master bedroom pull out couch needs to be replaced. Broken Springs and pieces of metal sticking out.

Perfect location and beautiful condo

Absolutely loved this condo. It was right across the street from the beach, close to all the shops and restaurants. It also had everything we needed to cook dinner and breakfast while we where there. The management company was so responsive and made our stay very enjoyable. We would definitely stay there again!

Great Location

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this condo. Everything looked exactly like the pictures. The location is perfect. Very short 1 minute walk to a great beach and within walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. No rental car needed! We booked airport transfers and excursions through them and everything was flawless. Would highly recommend and would definitely come back to Tamarindo!

Great location, nice pool, simple living spaces

This spot was perfect for our family's needs. Shops, restaurants and beach are all just a few minutes walk. The pool was great and the living spaces were simple and just fine, not luxurious. It was easy to communicate with staff with questions or maintenance needs. Would recommend.

Great place in Tamarindo right across from the beach. Easy walk to anywhere in town. The care package was such an appreciated gift. The kids especially enjoyed the homemade jam and fresh bread. Overall we had a great time exploring the whole area. Kitchen had everything we needed

Great Condo

The condo is perfect for a family vacation. It has everything. The place is beautiful and centrally located. Gorgeous pool. Just make sure you don't need anything from the administrators because they just won't answer the calls or whatsapp. They are non existents. Chairs in the terrace need to be replaced, outdated. I would come back but knowing that you are on your own

Sunrise 30

We have stayed in seven different Sunrise Condos and this has to be the best equipped Sunrise Condo so far. Check in was simple. The property manager emailed us the code for the door so all we had to do was arrive at the gate and told the guard we were checking in. We entered the code for the door and walked in to a beautifully laid out spread. There was a complimentary bottle of wine, bread, and jam left with a welcome card. The dining room and patio tables were laid out and the apartment was spotless. All beds were made and clean. Beds were comfortable. We needed a high chair for our granddaughter and were able to rent one from the property manager. There was plenty of room for 4 couples. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. All appliances were functioning. Plenty of towels for bathing and the beach. They even supplied extra rolls of toilet paper which were lacking in some of the other condos that we have stayed in. There was maid service twice during our 11 day stay and they did a spectacular job. The condo complex is right across the street from the beach and there is plenty of shopping nearby. We would definitely stay in Sunrise 30 again.

Great Stay!

My family stayed here for 6 nights. We really loved this property! Plenty of space. A/C worked great. Great location (Just across the street from the beach). Great pool. Walking distance to everything in Tamarindo. We will definitely be staying here again if we make it back to Tamarindo.

Spring Break 2022

We didn't greet anyone because it was the weekend, but the code worked just fine. No issues except how to use the safe. Directions on resetting would be good. Clean, but could have used a little more. Roomy & nice, plenty cool, nice deck w/ table to eat. I would suggest having beach chairs to use. Hard to find seats unless you want to pay. Would be a nice touch. You could always charge if people take them, but most fly in so it's doubtful. I suggest seeing what's there before going to the store. People left cooking, oil, etc. so we didn't need to buy it. Overall we had a great week in Tamarindo & I would suggest this condo.

Great family vacation destination

The unit is great!! We enjoyed our stay in Tamarindo. The staff was quick to come when we had one issue. They were very friendly & professional. We love the complex, The pool is great & the morning wake up call from the monkeys is a great way to start the day!! Location location!! What a great spot to have, right across the road from the beach & steps away from great restaurants!! The small grocery store is also a plus and just a walk away!! We just love it here and it won’t be our last by any means!!

Perfect Location

This is our third time in Tamarindo and second time staying at this complex. The grounds are beautiful. Everyone that works here is very nice. We had maid service 2 times. The unit is stocked with dishes, utensils and many towels including beach towels. The pool is very pretty and always clean. The monkeys can be heard and seen. This place is right across from the beach. Tamarindo is very safe but there is security all over the premises and they will not let anyone through the gate without check in. Everything you need is within a few steps. We will be back again. Booking was simple and questions are answered quickly.
