Great location. Had trouble with fridge that took 4 days to resolve. Overall a nice condo, but it could use a good deep cleaning and a fresh coat of paint. Kitchen is small, very little room for food storage.

Loved the Pool!

Stayed 2 wks in this lovely well-kept condo, with great bed, and expansive view. Loved the pool and used it daily. The pool bathroom could provide consistent toilet paper. The condo was as advertised and very comfortable with working air conditioning which we used often (it was 32 and 33 degrees daily!). The tv had great cable for quiet evenings at home after walking on the beach for beautiful sunsets and happy hour drinks and dinner. The furniture was comfortable and we settled in easily, using the second bedroom with 2 single beds as our room for our luggage. It might be a bit cozy for two couples, if you share the condo. I loved the patio for relaxing breakfasts at home watching the birds and iguanas below. It could get somewhat noisy out there as there is lots of construction going on. I did wish it was quieter out there. We chose to rent a car, both to travel elsewhere, but also to get up the hill from the beach area to the condo. We normally drove down the hill and parked. It is walkable, but definitely a bit of a "hike" especially if you are carrying everything you need for a few hours on the beach. Despite a video on how to use the stove, I had trouble every time I cooked but my husband'd eventually figure out getting the stove on each time. Perhaps providing the oven manual would be helpful. Lots of dishes and some basic spices were provided. I loved using VIP Tamarindo for booking excursions, and recommend them. I'd stay again.

You will love Monte Perla

This is an amazing condo very close to Tamarindo restaurants, shops and activities. If you are active, you can walk, but the uphill return can be a challenge-especially at night. The condo had everything needed for a great week away. Patio and view of the water were amazing. In house washer and dryer were used a number of times while we were there. The property manager Rigo was so helpful whenever we had a question or needed assistance. Highly recommend and we would stay again if we were in the area.

Great quiet location with beautiful views!

4 of us spent 9 nights at this condo. It was very clean and property manager responded to all questions and concerns quickly. The pool is nice and has plenty of shade to hide from the intense afternoon sunshine. Complex is secure, feels very safe and is well maintained. Tge hill up the compmex is steep and can be slippery due to loose rock and gravel but did not detract from the experience at all. We loved staying here and would absolutely return for a future stay!

Great vacation spot!

We enjoyed our stay at this Vrbo, it is convenient to town and beach just down the hill. The place is clean and has a great view and wonderful balcony. The pool and grounds are well kept and we used the pool daily. I highly recommend renting a 4 wheel drive vehicle to navigate the costa rica roads and we were greatful we had one to go up and down the hill. We would stay here again, great place and location.

Beautiful View

The condo and pool were great. The view from the balcony was beautiful for the sunset. The only downside is that the complex is a little over 1/3 mile walk up a fairly steep hill from the downtown strip and beach. Might have been a good idea to rent a car or a golfcart.
