The Space:

Four bedrooms, a private pool, and a yard built for staying out late - this Tampa home is designed around one idea: giving your whole group room to actually enjoy themselves. Whether you're here with family, a group of friends, or a mix of both, the space scales to fit how you like to spend your time.



Living space

The main living area offers comfortable seating that works just as well for a loud group game night as it does for a slow morning with coffee. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans keep the home comfortable no matter what the weather is doing. The TV is set up for easy streaming, and the single-level layout means everyone stays connected across the space.



Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms sleep up to 12 guests. Every room comes set with bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, clothing storage, and room-darkening shades - so you can settle in and actually feel at home.



Kitchen and dining

The full kitchen is stocked for group cooking: refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and hot water kettle alongside a coffee maker, cooking basics, and a full set of dishes and silverware. There's enough counter space and equipment to get a proper meal going for the whole group.



Bathrooms

Two bathrooms are well-stocked for a large group, each with hot water, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel. One bathroom includes a bathtub.



Outdoor living

The private pool sits at the heart of the backyard, with optional heating available for cooler evenings. Beyond the pool, a fire pit, putting green, and outdoor bar give you multiple reasons to stay outside. A pergola with an outdoor projector turns the yard into an open-air cinema after dark. The fenced yard adds privacy, and the patio adds more space for seating and spreading out.



Game area

Inside, a dedicated game area with foosball and darts keeps things going when you're not out by the pool. It's the kind of setup that keeps everyone occupied without anyone having to organize anything.



Family-friendly extras

A pack 'n play/travel crib and children's dinnerware are available for families traveling with younger kids. Beach essentials - towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are on hand for day trips to the Gulf Coast.



Practical details

A washer and dryer are available on-site. Free parking is available both on the premises and on the street. Self check-in via smart lock and a private entrance make arrival easy. Smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are all present. Long-term stays are welcome.



Location

Situated in Tampa near local parks and dining, with the Gulf Coast beaches within driving distance. A solid base for a Florida trip - enough nearby to keep things interesting, and enough space at home to not need to go anywhere at all.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you’ll enjoy full and private access to the entire home! Parking is permitted in the driveway in front of the garage, which will accommodate up to (2) vehicles.



The Neighborhood:

Tucked into Tampa's west side in the quiet, residential neighborhood of Town 'N Country, the home puts you in a great spot for both relaxing and exploring. Tampa International Airport is just 10–15 minutes away, making group arrivals easy, and Downtown Tampa and the Riverwalk are about 20 minutes east. When the beach calls, Clearwater Beach ( one of the top-rated beaches in the country) is a straightforward 30–35 minute drive, with St. Pete Beach about 40 minutes in the other direction. Busch Gardens and ZooTampa are both within 25 minutes for anyone looking to fill a day out.



Grocery stores, restaurants, and everyday conveniences are all close by, and easy access to the Veterans Expressway means you're never far from wherever you want to go. A car is recommended to make the most of everything the area has to offer.



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Up to (3) cars may park in the driveway and (2) on the street.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each stay, and our cleaning team upholds high standards to ensure a spotless environment.



If you’d like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance so we can arrange it for you. The cost is $35 per day and will be invoiced separately. We kindly request at least one week’s notice. During colder or rainy weather, we do not recommend using the pool. It is serviced weekly, though after rainfall, some debris may enter and cause slight discoloration.



A refundable $250 security deposit will be placed as a hold on your credit card through our third-party system prior to arrival. This is a pre-authorization, not a charge, and will be released after a damage-free inspection following your stay. Any damages or excessive cleaning beyond normal wear and tear may be deducted from this hold.



Please note that check-out time is 10 AM. Housekeeping arrives promptly to prepare for incoming guests, so late check-outs may disrupt scheduling and result in a fee of up to $300 if extended beyond the agreed time.



Parties, events, smoking, and drug use are strictly prohibited on the premises. If evidence of these activities is found, a fee of $300 will be charged for unauthorized gatherings and $150 for smoking or drug use.



As this is a self-catering home, supplies are not replenished during your stay. Each bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, one roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry area provides enough detergent pods for up to two loads. In the kitchen, you’ll find a paper towel roll, a few trash bags, dish soap, and a sponge. A coffee maker is available (coffee is not provided), along with salt, pepper, and cooking oil. If anything is missing upon check-in, please notify us right away so we can assist with restocking.



For safety and security, there is a Ring camera installed at the front door.
