Terrible experience

We had a terrible experience at this property with so many things wrong. Very inaccurate listing:1. We booked a house for 4 guests. The house listing said there would be a twin bed in the living room but there was only a dirty couch.2. There was no bedding provided for 2 of the 4 guests and the house has no toiletries - soap, shampoo , none .3. The TV did not workUnhygiene living conditions: 1. We found a Condom box under the bed and a lubricant in the TV drawer 2. Under the bed was full of dust and all sorts of allergens like it was never cleaned. 3. The couch was dirty and was supposedly the bed for the 4th guest and living room carpet was also dirty .4. There was hair on the bed sheets. Communication:The host was unavailable during the whole fiasco and we had to deal with VRBO directly. Every VRBO could not get in touch with them.We left the room that same day.

It could have been better

There were pros and cons to staying at this property. The pros: good location, friendly neighbors. Washing machine set available in the unit as well as a computer monitor and desk for those working. The cons: we were greeted with a small roach inside the unit at the entrance. The area rug in the living room was filthy. Only a half of a roll of toilet paper was provided. I listed 3 guests on my reservation but only 2 towels and 1 washcloth was provided. There was no parking pass in the unit, there was no fob provided for access to the pool or gym. We were told there would be but there was no follow up. There was no broom in case you want to clean up as you stay. This unit provided bare minimum and you have to take your trash to the dump even though there’s a cleaning fee. There was trash under the couch and the bathtub was dirty. Communication with management felt like I was talking to AI and not an actual person. If you’re looking for an inexpensive option and don’t require a little more than the bare minimum, this is your place. It’s for location purposes only.

Beautiful Sunny Getaway

We stayed at this beautiful beach house in Tampa and honestly, it was everything we were hoping for and more. The location was unbeatable—just steps away from the sand and close to great restaurants, coffee shops, and local markets.The house itself was super clean, stylishly decorated, and well-stocked with everything you could need—from beach towels to a fully equipped kitchen. The host was also really responsive and made check-in a breeze. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing weekend or a fun getaway with friends, this place hits all the marks. Definitely bookmarking it for our next trip back to Tampa!
