We're happy to offer our home to families in need following the recent hurricane. While the unit itself was unaffected, please note that the pool, restaurant, elevators, and some other amenities are currently out of service. However, the unit remains in excellent condition and is ready for your stay.

Please note that the pier is currently out of service due to the effects of Hurricanes Helene and Milton.
To guarantee that ALL our guests experience an enjoyable stay, We ask that you take a moment to review the information below.

* Sailport Waterfront Suites is a drug-free property. Drugs use of any kind including marijuana will result in eviction without a refund. No smoking of any kind is permitted in the unit nor on the balconies.

* Our Pool closes at 10:00 pm daily.

* All children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult while at the pool.

* Big Bamboo Bayside is open from 8:30 am – 10:00 pm and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner along with offering a full bar as well.

* Snacks and beverages are available for purchase in our Ship Store located adjacent to the Front Desk. Beer and Wine are not permitted for resale after 3:00 am. Only adults 21 years of age or older are permitted to purchase alcohol. Debit and credit card only accepted, NO CASH.


*Shirts, and Shoes are required at all times throughout the Lobby.

* All individuals are asked to observe and respect “Quiet Time” after 10:00 pm.

* No glass is permitted at or around the pool deck, sunset patio, and beach area.

* No personal stereo equipment is permitted at or around the pool deck or beach areas.

* Florida state law and fire marshal permits a maximum 4-person occupancy in one-bedroom suites and a maximum 6-person occupancy in two-bedroom suites.

* Only registered guests are permitted on the grounds and or utilizing the amenities Sailport has to offer.

Due to the impact of Hurricane Helene, the building is currently closed. We are expecting it to reopen by Monday, September 30, 2024, but please note that this timeline is not guaranteed. Even if the building reopens, please be aware that some amenities, including the pool, restaurant, and others, may not be fully operable at that time.

My stay

This place was excellent, I loved how homey and peaceful it was. Not only that but there was so many appliances and necessary equipment in the kitchen. The place was very clean and the sheets smelled great, overall a good stay thank you!!

They advertised the wrong unit number (make sure you double check the unit #)

Gave us the wrong unit number thus delaying our check-in by almost one hour by the time we figured out the correct unit number. This happened on our wedding day and at the worst possible time. It caused us to be late to our own wedding. Check-in should be immediate, as all you need is the unit number and door code. But they advertised the wrong unit number. The host had zero sympathy for the huge inconvenience they caused on our wedding day, trying to blame us for not understanding their incorrect and inconsistent webpage and messaging. The webpage said one number and their instruction email had a different number (didnt say unit or apartment, etc), and also didnt make clear the # was even part of the address. Also the unit listing and booking webpage said this is for 4th floor. So we were expecting 4th floor, with 4th floor views. However we got a lower floor. The host acknowledged their mistake (while also trying to blame VRBO), but it's the owner who makes the listing, not VRBO. They did offer an insincere apology, while also trying to blame us for misunderstanding their mistake. And they offered no reimbursement for the false advertisement or the gross inconvenience they caused. If something goes wrong with your booking, don't expect an easy time resolving it with the host/owner. Overall we didnt get what was advertised, and it caused a horrible delay and experience on one of the most important days of our lives.

Great value property - get a lot for the price.

It's a very nice unit. The carpet wasn't out for my stay, it was in the closet but would have made it a little more homey. Very quiet and convenient. The bed is very, very cozy and comfortable. Communication was perfect. Unfortunately, I didn't get the chance to use the pool or the restaurant but the people using seemed to be having a great time. It's an awesome property for the price.

Beautiful location

Great area, awesome view. Lots of amenities close by. Took the property manager a week to respond, after multiple attempts. We finally heard from them the day of. Properties plumbing was loud and walls thin. Kitchen had ants, we only stayed until our flight early in the morning. Not sure it was worth the money.
