No hot water, broken towel racks and toilet paper holder, the entire hotel smelled like mold and you can visibly see mold in the AC vent.

Stayed in a suite. The kitchenette was just a counter with a full sized fridge. Adding a sink and moving the coffee maker and microwave to that area with a small table for eating would make this space feel usable vs empty. The rest of the room was great!

This is obviously a very old building and there were a lot of things that needed to be replaced. Our couch bed was decrepit with spots all over it, there were stains on the floors, there were barely any lights in our room, the bathroom door had paint peeling, there was a bug in the bathroom, the hot tub was cold. Those were the main issues and the staff did their job but they weren’t too concerned with us.
