Downtown Tampa (10 minutes)
Busch Gardens (15 minutes)

Please keep in mind that we are multiple hosts, and since we provide various phone numbers, sometimes one of our team members may be off shift. Therefore, the best way to communicate with us is through the website app you booked through- We are always available and usually respond within one hour at most.

If, by any chance, we don’t answer, or if it’s an emergency, we recommend leaving a secondary message in addition to calling us, just to be safe.

Parking: 1 parking space is available for your use.
If you need more space, you can always park along the side of the street, if possible.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Complete with essential appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and complimentary coffee pods to start your day right.

Entertainment: We provide one smart TV and free Wi-Fi for our guests.

Fresh Linens: Each guest will receive one large towel and two washcloths, ensuring a comfortable experience.

Laundry Facilities: If you need to refresh your towels, feel free to use our washer and dryer. We provide initial detergent pods for your convenience.

We are a pet-friendly house and welcome your four-legged friends!

- Please note that there is an additional pet fee, which goes directly to our cleaners to cover the extra cleaning required.
- This fee is not flexible and is outside of our control. Thank you for your understanding.
- We allow up to 2 dogs only.
