🐞 Nature Neighbors: Florida's tropical climate means you may encounter mosquitos, flies, small spiders, small geckos/lizards, and possibly palmetto bugs. We have monthly pest control, but if you encounter any pests, please let us know, and we'll address the issue promptly.
