This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom family home is located on Tampa's famous Davis Islands. Featuring a fully renovated kitchen and a backyard POOL and grilling area perfect for entertaining the whole family!

You will be within walking distance of restaurants, bars, an urban grocery store, walking trails, water views, hair salon, nail salon, tea and coffee shops, pharmacy, a boat ramp and E-bike / golf cart rentals.

The space
The home was constructed in 1960. It has been updated and undergone significant updating including new cabinets, appliances, air conditioning, and the addition of a living room/wet bar, French doors and a triple sliding glass door leading to the pool. I chose to keep the vintage style bathrooms with the characteristic pink and blue ceramic tile. Both bathrooms are in excellent condition. I also had the terrazzo floors diamond polished to keep a little of
the mid-century Davis Islands flavor.
Two of three bedrooms, as well as the living area open up to the pool area. PLEAE NOTE - I DO NOT HAVE A POOL FENCE.
