The overall experience was great but they did not have distilled water for my sons cpap machine and thay eas a bit frustrating. The staff didnt check or even have any since of concern for the request. Desk staff was lazy and jist sat there saying no to every question.

It was very easy to get here from the airport with the free shuttle. Plus the breakfast was amazing. Our room was very clean and it sayed quiet during the night.

It was super close to the airport and walking distance to a place to have some food and drinks. We were very happy with the hotel room and wouldn't hesitate to book at this property again.

From the moment my husband and I walked in we were greeted by the receptionist. She was extremely knowledgeable and made us feel as if we had a home away from home which is super important to us being we travel all the time. For this very reason we will be back.

The staff was outstanding. From the moment I checked in on Tuesday evening and through the entire stay. They were helpful and sensitive to my need to room close to my daughter who was already checked in. The check-in person, I wish I had her name, was talking with housekeeping at the desk. She was amazing and so was the person from housekeeping. They made me relax and comfortable. They wouldn’t know this but I was there to support my daughter with a serious medical issue. We were there for her surgery. The teams smiles were refreshing when I was actually very concerned. I just needed to be with my daughter and they were great making that happen.

Good hotel. Convenient location for airport access. Rooms look better on pictures. The $10 a day for parking is ridiculous, they have a massive parking lot. Hotel isn’t in downtown or anything. So lots of room around and still scalp you on $10 parking.

The Hotel rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds and bathroom. The staff was very polite and courteous as well. The breakfast had the best options for hot food, which was great. The biggest reason for giving it only 3 stars is that the hotel had a very bad Wi-Fi connection. My kids were not able to download anything; I was not able to use just general google or any messaging apps to send msgs which really hindered some of my work. The only saving grace was they had a public computer in the lobby where I was able to log in.
