Our stay was very relaxing !!! The room was nice and clean. We celebrated a birthday. The riverwalk is a short walk away. We enjoyed the patio. The breakfast was delicious. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I booked this hotel specifically for him to take the Florida bar exam nearby. Unknown to our knowledge, we had been placed in a room that was recently affected by FLOODING. Throughout the night, there were loud fans that caused vibrations in the walls and bed, sounding like a loud engine, which disrupted our sleep (which is a crucial part in taking the bar examination!). We brought this noise up to the attention of front desk staff every single day and nothing was done until we were checking out. Unreal experience. I have video footage of the loud noise from everyday, hours ranging between 6am-12am. This is unacceptable and now we will reap the repercussions of lack of quality sleep before taking the bar exam.

Everything was good. I’d recommend but with some hesitation. The price was high for the service level and the attitude of the workers. For example, we had a long day of flights and when we got to the hotel it was 1:30am. We started our day at 3am the previous day. We were tired and ready for bed. The pull out cot to sleep our 11 and twelve year old have no blanket. I called to to front desk and got C (no full names) he said he’d send someone up right away. 40 min later so well after 2am he said the person was on break and he apologized. I’ll be honest, we were exhausted. 15 min later we got a blanket. This was disappointing. The next day at 8am house keeping is yelling down the hall to each other, people are sleeping (we all we were lol). The staff for the free breakfast were hardcore and rude when 9:30am hit. The food is there and you cooked it. Let people eat, we all have a story to why we weren’t up at 8am. The hotel was clean. The location was great for the cruise port. We (family of six) walked to it. Overall things were good. Bed was good. Pillows were good. Location was good. The only issue we had was from the staff themselves. It wasn’t horrible, but I think it could be better. I’d give 4.5 but I can’t so a 4 is what I gave.

The room was nice and the restaurant in the building was excellent. Onsite valet parking was very convenient. There is a Starbucks attached to the building. It was in a very walkable area that felt pretty safe.
