The host allowed us to check in early. That was the only courtesy extended to us during our stay - with the exception of blue collar workers that came in to check the plumbing. They were pretty awesome. - I hate leaving bad reviews but:Our first day, we had no running water. We were promised a full refund for the first evening. Next day water returned, however now there was no warm/hot water. It took a full day of telling this unresponsive team for someone to come out. Finally, the property owner checked another unit on the property to confirm that we had hot water. It took another day of pleading for someone to come check. They insisted that there was hot water until the owner come back the next day to find we indeed had no hot water. We were offered a late checkout (an extra hour) and a 50 refund for the 4 night stay. There were no cleaning supplies. No broom or mop and dry dirt all over the exterior of the house we unavoidably dragged in threw out our stay. Itâs also inaccessible to most things. You NEED a car. The customer service contact was bounced around from 3 people/different chats. They were on and off responsive. Kind but unhelpful. This was a nightmare. This place lacks basic hospitality essentials including fresh water. Be sure to bring a filter or just your own. 1/10
