Needs to have all the carpets pulled from the rooms, linens need to be washed appropriately, staff needs to pay more attention to unclean linens BEFORE making the beds. All the baseboards in the rooms need to be cleaned, upgrade the light fixtures in the rooms as they are rusting and tarnished and to have USB and PD-20 charging access. Would suggest to have decaf coffee also available for guests, change from individual pods of creamers to the commercial pump creamers which is more concentrated and goes much further than the pods, add natural cane sugar to the sugar options currently available. Another suggestion would be to have some meat option available (bacon, sausage) besides just the scrambled eggs. The washing machines and dryers are in need of updating, the dryers had not been cleaned of lint in so long, the screens were thickly covered including the vents themselves which could be a fire and safety hazard. The very positives were the updated lobby and check in desks, the staff who checked me in were very friendly and after discussing the issues that I had w/the room I was given, they were very accommodating and quick to provide service recovery to ensure not only my comfort but my hygienic needs. I appreciated not only their attitude but their kindness, helpfulness and courtesy. Thank you to them from the very depth of my heart.

Comfortable and convenient to everything

Our 3-night stay was comfortable and the staff was very friendly and courteous. I gave my review upon leaving and our only complaints, not really bad ones, were the inability to rid our room, especially the bathroom, of humidity and we noted that a hanger/hook on the back of the bathroom door would be a definite plus. On the positive side, the beds were superbly comfortable, breakfasts and coffee more than adequate, and they recommended several good restaurants nearby on the night we arrived which we were as good as they stated.

Great stay currently under construction and remodeling. Lots of updates. Need to be made to the room otherwise would be perfect but overall great service front desk personality was awesome.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at LaQuinta. I have been pleased with LaQuintas on the past but this was the worst experience I have had. The place was dirty, my room smelled of mold and the bathroom door in my room was dirty with handprints and scuff marks (looked like a gas station bathroom). Terrible.

The hotel was to pleasantly surprising. The hotel room does have a bit older features and could use an updating. But overall the bedding was soft, the pillows were soft, and the price was great. The staff is very nice and accommodating and they had a great breakfast. He had the choice to making your waffles, choices of muffins, toast, yogurt boiled eggs, and cereal. The kids really enjoyed their stay in the breakfast options. Not too fancy but it definitely was a good hotel for the price. And the smell walking in is so clean!

The staff on the night we checked in were friendly and efficient. Once you leave the lobby area of hotel, the conditions are horrible. The room smelled like mold and everything is rundown and dirty. We lasted one hour in this hotel. The rooms were disgusting and there were bedbugs. The bathroom looked like it had not even been cleaned. The tub had hair in it, the sink faucet had toothpaste splatter, and the exterior of the toilet from the bowl to the floor was filthy. The carpet had holes from being worn down and the tile was sticky. There was mold actively growing on the walls around the bed. This building is a hazard to your health!
