Beautiful waterfront townhouse

Check in was a breeze. Communication was always good. This house in a little community with two restaurants and a little Beach on the bay, gym, and pools. Although you can not swim in the Tampa bay because of bacteria levels it is still beautiful spot. About 15 min away there is canoe and kayak rentals on little manatee river. An hour to Tampa and an hour to Sarasota. The house itself had everything we needed. The balcony’s were a bonus to watch the manatees everyday. Will book again.

Beautiful property

If you want a nice place to relax away from the bustle of Tampa, this is perfect. It has a pool and tennis/pickleball courts and is right on the ocean. There are 2 beach bar/restaurants on the property, so you really don't have to leave. We were there soon after Hurricane Milton so there was some damage to the beach and restaurants, but still had a great time.

The stay in Ruskin

Property was clean and nice. Restaurants served great food. Little surprised the local activities were so limited. You'll need to travel to use a good beach and to use kayaks or canoes. And pay per day for use. Beach parking is expensive. Should be free..

Kansas Family Wedding Trip

We had a great visit and the condo was perfect! We loved watching the manatees playing off the back patios and we also enjoyed the neighborhood pool area with tasty drinks from Hooks Bar and Grill next door. Great corner unit

Spacious and very clean corner unit! Plenty of deck space. We enjoyed watching the manatees and spending time down at the beach. Unfortunately jet ski and kayak rentals are no longer available within the community. But it was a nice quiet place to relax for a few days.

Boondoggle

This property was everything it advertised. We were very pleased with the accommodations. I am in Tampa area often for business and also fish with Capt. Jason Pietro, leaving from dock behind Hooks Restaurant. The manatee were definitely still visiting the canal behind the property and the fishing was great. I hope to be able to return during my next business trip to Tampa area. This property may not be considered convenient to downtown Tampa or St. Pete @45 min. to an hour, depending on traffic. We made it to the airport in 45 minutes this morning. Great stay.

Nice corner townhouse in Ruskin

The unit is clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. We were able to see manatees every day out of the back patio. The living room is bright and airy. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessities. The three bedrooms are good size and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to see generous supplies for all basic needs provided.
