My room was infested with roaches. I was in there for less than 5 minutes. I did a walk through and walked right back up to the front office for a refund. Bathroom, bed and floors were covered in roach eggs and carcasses.

The staff is very rude and try to threaten us, and they had took the xerox copy of our credit card. And of we ask why did they took and try to argue with us and said if you want to stay you can otherwise leave the motel. Please don’t prefer this motel

Date of March 7th 2025. Expedia had different pictures of room on web page. The room had no dressers, no chair, no closet, ice machine was broke, old urine stains on bed spreads and sheets were dingy. The hall smelled like smoke and urine. I told the lady at front desk and she had no comment. Room was in a back lot building. My two grandkids and I left the same night. We had to go to another hotel.

Shower curtain was very dirty. Saw a couple roaches. If you want a place to let your head it works. Not really close to anything. Traffic is horrible in Tampa so it takes a while to get anywhere

The worst place I have ever stayed, and still have not got my deposit back, I had to persnally clean the room, there were roaches and we left in the middle of the night due to drug deals and illegal activity, very unsafe, very horrible, drug use and deals happenig, HORRIBLE place and has NO PHONE NO WIFI, no blankets it was horrifying and NO ONE will take my call to get MY DEPOSIT BACK!

Really disappointed, the toilet was leaking from under and the staff was rude when I brought it up. Just one pillow for each bed and one large towel

Positives first. The air in room was cold and the water was hot. Room was quiet. Negatives The girl at desk was more interested in her cell phone than checking guests in. Maybe she was working on her phone but I feel that guests need to be properly addressed upon arrival and at least told she would get with us shortly. There was a duct taped hole in our room’s window. Maybe that’s how the cockroach that I killed got in. Curtain was partially hanging and there was sticky goo on floor. Tub stopper was missing and shower didn’t drain properly. Walls had splatters. Walls are textured so maybe they’re just hard to clean. Smelled weed the entire stay. I think it got in our AC unit somehow and scented our room the whole time. If you like weed this is the place for you! We DO NOT like it. There is no coffee maker, no hair dryer and no iron. VERY basic. You do have a bed with rattling plastic wrapped mattress, a shower, a toilet and tv. I have this hotel booked for another trip in May. DEFINITELY canceling. I hope this honest review will address some areas that need improvement and help other guests who are considering this hotel.

This Hotle is the worst, they have roaches and it’s unsafe. We checked and checked immediately out. Pictures were not taken due to seeing roaches. We end up sleeping in our cars.

Great Staff, Poor conditions

The staff I experienced were all friendly. However, the building itself was in poor shape. The stench of drugs was so overpowering and the room was sticky and damp.
