The bed was comfortable and room was clean, but it did not meet my expectations for a ramada and for the price. Place was pretty scruffy overall, with scuffed and damaged floors and furnishings. Bathroom door didn't close and light fixture in bathroom flickered. Toilet often failed to flush completely. The AC unit was noisy, and it was always too warm or too cold. Soundproofing was poor, so street noise was excessive, and could hear people in neighboring rooms. Inch of daylight at bottom of room door because there was no flange. Staff were fine, except check in clerk didn’t give me any password for wi fi with key cards, so I had to go back down to get it. They didn’t answer phone when I called to ask. No microwave in room, and breakfast area closed at 9, which is earlier than usual for hotels that cater to tourists, IME. No places that served food late were nearby, or at least clerk didn’t know of any. This is a problem when your flight from west coast got in at 10:30 PM and airport food places and shops were all closed as well. Went to bed rather hungry the first night. This wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but it is something to consider for folks flying in from the west coast.

Got to the hotel at 4 PM. Check in time was 3 PM. Long line. The woman who checked us in appeared to be in severe pain. She said our room wasn’t ready and check back in 10 minutes. We didn’t want to wait in line again so we asked for any room that was ready. We got room 420 the whole property has seen better days. Very sketchy. To call it run down would be an understatement. It has a vibe of a hotel that is going to be closed for good in a couple weeks. That said, the room was a clean basis room. No carpet. Door opens to the outside. It’s next door to a strip club. All told, it’s ok for the price but lower your expectations

I really loved how when you step out the door, you have shade and it was set up nicely that it’s partly enclosed and there is a wonderful breeze that flows thru the patios.

There was no heat in the room We arrived late as the flight was delayed. It was after 9 pm when we checked in.5he outside temp was 40. The room was very cold. Put on heat and crawled under the covers. Cover the head too. We thought the heat would eventually warm up. It did not. At check out I was told that I should have called them last night but they know some rooms do not have working heat. I was also told that they were sold out of rooms. So that means I did not have any resolution anyway. It was coldest night of year told it was my fault I did not report it last night. I told him to check the heat in the room now.

Dear Expedia Customer Support, I am writing to formally complain about my recent experience at this property, which was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I arrived to check in around 9:00 PM. Upon arrival, the front desk agent informed me that I did not have a reservation. I showed her my reservation confirmation number as proof, but she refused to acknowledge it and repeatedly stated that I did not have a reservation. She then told me that I needed to “move myself” and said she would not repeat herself again, using an inappropriate and rude tone, all while the lobby had heavy foot traffic. Despite having a valid confirmation, I was ultimately left without a room because she claimed the hotel was sold out. No attempt was made to assist me, resolve the issue, or provide an alternative solution. The lack of professionalism, respect, and basic customer service was unacceptable. I believe Expedia should closely review and address properties like this, where guests are treated disrespectfully and denied accommodations despite having confirmed reservations.
