• No parties permitted – this home is designed for quiet enjoyment and respectful use only
• Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and the Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay
• All of our Homes are Non-Smoking
• Ecobee smart thermostat helps conserve energy and pauses the AC if doors or windows are left open
• Two security cameras on the property:
• One faces the front of the home/street
• One faces the dock/boat area (for owner’s boat security)
