Great stay

I loved the spacious layout and eclectic decor. We enjoyed the spa and views of the river. Our host, Dallas, was very responsive and helpful. The house is very well equipped with a well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, and anything you might need if you’re traveling with small children.

This property just barely met expectations for the price we paid. Home needs lots more TLC than what online pictures indicate. Spa was dirty, peeling paint, old fixtures and no water on the last day due to burst sprinkler issue. Would not consider this property again. Simply just not worth $400 night.

Busch Gardens Trip

Home was very nice and clean and much larger than we anticipated. We only booked two nights for day trip to Busch Gardens which was a short drive away. Enjoyed having washer and dryer. Only wish that the weather cooperated so that we could have enjoyed the swim/spa after a long day at park. Kitchen appeared well stocked for extended stays and beds were very comfortable. Dallas (Host) was very responsive with communication. Our family of (4) had a very pleasant stay.

Tampa Fun!

We enjoyed our stay very much! We liked that the house was close to Zoo Tampa and Busch Gardens. The swim spa was amazing, despite all the tree debris. We did our best to take out as much as we could each day. The kayaks are small ones up to 130lbs, as we are larger than that we didn't not use them. Not that big of a deal as we were busy everyday. The highlight was working with Dallas. She was amazing every step of the way. She was quick to respond and helped us pay in two payments instead of one. She also left a little blanket as a gift which my 6 year old scooped up immediately. The home was very clean and there were plenty of towels and beach chairs. We left some beach toys for the next family.

Annual family reunion

Its great to return to Tampa and have a cozy home to reunite with old friends and family. The house was clean, well appointed, close to nearby restaurants and shopping. There is a river right across the street for relaxation. I would stay here again.

Outstanding location. Close to much of what do to in Tampa area Very clean and nicely decorated. Loved the mid modern design. Plenty of room for the 6 adults and child in our group. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to get you around town. Will definitely try to reserve again in our next visit to Tampa area. Also. They have just about every kitchen appliance

Beautiful House on the River

Wonderful house on the Hillsborough River. Well appointed and beautifully decorated for the holidays. Great location for Tampa events. Generally well stocked, serious chefs may want to bring your own cookware and knives. Beds are very comfortable.

Booked this weekend for myself granddaughters, and daughters. This property was everything that we needed. We had a very little small issue with the the half bath, This was taken care of in the expeditiously and considerate. If weclose to the parsclose to the zoo we can walk there.

Delightful and Homey

This was an absolutely delightful home to stay in for my trip to Tampa and the Tampa VA. While it’s an older home it is in very good condition and artfully decorated. The home owners take obvious pride in this house! All the necessities were available and I easily could have brought my family and had more than enough room! Anything you could think of was available to cook in the spacious kitchen. The fenced backyard was very pet friendly and my two schnauzers had a blast running around in a safe environment! I would definitely recommend this property and these homeowners.

Great place in Seminole Heights

Great house in Seminole Heights. Well kept, clean, and big. Great size for a small group of adults and maybe some kids. Host was very helpful withs communication prior and after stay. Highly recommend.

Top Notch -Close to everything in Tampa

The house is architecturally interesting and smartly decorated, it's clean and it's centrally located. The yard is gigantic and it looks like a park overlooking the Hillsborough River. Everyone in our group was impressed with the house and lovely grounds. The owners are prompt, pleasant and professional. I would definitely recommend.

Great location and near the Hillsboro River

The house was clean, well supplied and very welcoming. If we ever go to a Bucs game or another concert at Raymond James we will stay here again. We all enjoyed it! The others with me all commented on what a great find it was!
