Found roaches in my room immediately, check-in was really easy. My room had a nasty smell to it

This was the worst experience ever!!! Room was extremely dirty, blood on bathroom door, toliet was not attached to floor, towels were dirty, bedding was dirty. The comforter looked liked it hadn't been washed since 1975. There were children running around screaming, breaking up concrete on stairway and throwing it at cars. Made a call to front desk to report kids causing problems, nothing was ever done, had to listen to them till 2am. There were people sleeping in the stairway the night we arrived. And then there were the roaches...lots of them!!! We made it one night and had to leave with no refund!! Please do not stay here, sleeping in your car would be better.

The prices charged for the accommodations did not align with the quality of service and amenities provided. I felt that I was paying a premium for a subpar experience. The toiletries provided were a letdown. The building needs a little bit of love.
