Staff was excellent, but didn’t realize it was also student housing. Kids were great also. We reserved a king size bed, they said it wasn’t available. We were a little disappointed, although they gave us food vouchers for dinner

The stay was quiet and reasonably priced for the area. It is in a good location. Rather than dirty - it could have been cleaned better, but definitely aging and dated furnishings. As we were mostly concerned about location and only slept there, it seemed a good fit for us.

Loved the location of this hotel near the Riverwalk and many downtown amenities. Staff was friendly and the shuttle was a life saver! The room could use a little updating but overall great stay!

Loved that it was convenient to River Walk and Trolley to go to Ybor City. Restaurant was nice and the pool was nice to sit outside early evening. We also were shuttled to our port which was very appreciated. Staff were friendly and helpful with info on getting around
