I would love to give it 5 stars just because of the staff. The staff were extremely kind and helpful at checking in. The rooms were renovated lovely and the hotel overall looked very clean . I am giving it 4 stars because there were two roaches i found. I know that probably comes with having a kitchen possibly. The continental breakfast was small. They had limited options but it is free. My kids enjoyed the oatmeal/ yogurt bar.

I had a fantastic stay at TownePlace Suites during a recent business trip. The room was very spacious — much larger than I expected — and incredibly comfortable. The cleanliness was absolutely immaculate; you can tell the staff takes great pride in maintaining the property. The location was convenient as well, with downtown just a short 15-minute drive away. There are also plenty of food and drink options nearby, making it easy to grab a meal or unwind after work. Overall, an excellent experience. Highly recommend!

I booked the hotel through hotels.com. It said that check started at 3 pm and someone would be at the desk anytime for checkin. When I arrived the reservation had been cancelled because I didn’t check in on time so I had to pay again for a room. I was there to meet the child I had when I was a teenager and this started the trip off horribly. I will never use hotels.com again!!!
