The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Open the lockbox to the right of the door. Your code will be sent out on the first day of your trip.
Enter the code to unlock the box and there you will find your 3 bedroom keys and 1 house key. If the code does not work the first time set it to 0000 and try the code again.
Hang on to those keys because I am running low on spare keys. I also charge for missing keys, or pool access badges and or other damaged items. Please return the keys to the box once your stay ends.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
