There is a dual blade pilot ceiling fan for comfort and additional light. There is also a workspace with a comfortable chair and desk. Nest Protect smoke and carbon monoxide detector and Nest Learning Thermostat. Alexa voice controls the desk lamp as well as the frontier cable in the living room.
Patio:
The property has a small patio and backyard. The patio has a comfortable 2-Piece Metal Patio Deep Seating Set with Gray Cushions and mango and blue accent pillows. The property is also equipped with a laundry room with a washer and dryer in the patio area.
