Excellent location come off the train. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable and roomy. Great location to walk along the promenade and to the beach. Many restaurants along the way. A meeting point for tour pickups. Food at the restaurant/bar was good. There is an almost hidden restaurant next to it La Duquesa that is excellent. It is easy to miss but it is worth a visit.

I booked the hotel for my parents for couple days , they loved it everything about the hotel. They were very pleased with the customer service and the cleanliness of the hotel. The breakfast was excellent with variety of options. I would definitely recommend the stay at this hotel.

Room size was ample but bathroom a little smaller than we would have liked. Pillows were far too soft - every 4 & 5* hotel should offer a pillow menu. We dined there but at one point the waiters had two televisions blasting out a football game until I complained. Check out was easy and staff helped us get a taxi which was much appreciated.

Excellent location. Close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. A lovely 25 minute walk along the promenade to the old Medina. Close to the train station making it a fantastic location to travel around Morocco. Staff were attentive and polite. Cleaning staff lovely. Breakfast was amazing with loads of options.

The hotel is of a good standard and situated close to the beach and shops etc. The room provided had a side view with a not so pleasant outlook towards a 'building site'. The room was clean, bed comfortable. The only slight negative was that only one coffee and tea packet available (I'd be quite sure more would be provided on request) Reception and Dining staff were excellent and all very helpful clearly a well run hotel that valued customers Breakfast was excellent with a good choice including Moroccan.
