Some of the staff was not very friendly. And we had a fire alarm go off during our stay which was not fun! Mixed drinks were awful and food and drink costs were ridiculous. On top of it we were charged $78 for idk what after we had already checked out there was absolutely nothing wrong with the room so I don’t understand. But whatever. We will not be returning.

We enjoyed are stay. There was always ample parking and check in was a breeze. The kids loved Aquatopia and we liked how close we were to the snow tubing area and the views. We really enjoyed dinner at Alta Vida. Our 2 bedroom room was spacious and we were able to control the thermostat without a problem. As far as negatives, our king size bed was very uncomfortable and made a lot of noise every time we moved. Mattress needs to be replaced (room 361). The arcade was overpriced, but the kids enjoyed it. The wait time for our food inside Aquatopia was about 30 minutes which we felt was too long. I believe they need a better system like at Great Wolf Lodge where you can order on the app instead. All in all, we would return. Maybe we’ll return in the summer so we can try the outdoor waterpark, hiking trails, zip lining and other outdoor summer activities.
