Worst possible experience ever. It was my first time there and will never go back again. I do not recommend this place. Zero room service, understaffed, the two main restaurants were closed.

After booking and paying over $400 with Expedia for a weekend stay in November , camelback charged me $536 for the same booking . They told me I would only have to pay for parking and an incidental deposit of $100 per night which would have been $200 total plus $20 for parking . They told Expedia they never charged me and that it was prepaid through Expedia . I provided the screenshots of my charges to Expedia and they are fighting with camelback resort . Very shady business practices . I will not be back and if Expedia doesn’t get a resolution in my favor , I will cancel my premiere account with them also . So disappointed. Wasting hours trying to get my money back

It was just OK, customer service lacking, the rooms could be cleaner, dust all over the ceiling fan, missing top sheets on the beds, soap dispenser is not working. All things you can deal with, but shouldn’t deal with when you’re staying in a hotel.
