Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests must complete and return the required registration paperwork at least 48 hours before check-in. Guests are also required to supply a copy of their Identification for all members in the rental party that are at or over the age of 18 by 12:00pm EST on the day prior to arrival.
Failure to complete the registration process will result in cancelation of the reservation.
The shared pool is not accessible.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This is a 'Single Family Unit'. The HOA's rules state: This rental unit shall be used and occupied and/or constructed for single-family residential purposes only and for no other purpose. ‘Single-family’ shall mean a group of one or more persons, related by blood or marriage, who maintain a common household”. No guests outside of the family will be permitted.

Property was very nice just needed some fixes the bed in downstairs bedroom didn’t seem secure, was wobbly. Door knob on downstairs bathrooms needs to be fixed. Was also concerned about the railing on the deck didn’t let the kids out there because it didn’t seem secure and it was a big chunk of wood missing out of the railing.TVs were hard to turn on. I think the batteries needed to be replacing all the remotes. but property was very clean very organized plenty towels and toiletries. I would definitely rent again!!

Good location, place needs some updates

The townhouse was clean. Location was conveniently located. The place was advertised to have “wood burning fireplace,” but no wood was provided or mentioned to be provided ahead of arrival. The place also had 3 queen beds that were hard as rocks. Definitely needs more attention to the amenities.

Overall a great stay!

We planned a weekend ski trip to Camelback Resort with friends and this was the perfect place to stay. The check-in and check-out processes were super smooth, and the house was well-stocked (we brought our own coffee). The only issue is that the downstairs shower didn't work, but apart from that everything was great!

Disappointed

Good location and easy check in. Unit was not thoroughly cleaned upon arrival. The rugs were dirty and we found used cutlery, a shot glass and a dead bug on the floor in the family room and garbage under the bed. The unit also had an odor. We decided to cut our stay short so called, emailed and texted Vacasa and did not receive a response. We even texted after we left because an item was left and nobody responded. We do not usually leave reviews but we are pretty disappointed by the situation.

3 stars stay

We traveled two families together (4 adults and 3 kids).we enjoyed staying in 482 however the place was too small. Not much space in the house..The location is great,the place is very cozey and clean. Close to the Outlet :) We were planning to do BBQ but couldn't use the grill since it was very dirty. The kitchen was supplied very well but the dishwasher was defected . The bathrooms were clean. There was no handle shower so it was challenging to washittlr kids. The communication with the management company was good and they were available 24/7 for any questions.

Disappointing Property

Unit in need of repairs, Deck door and screen almost impossible to open, dishwasher needs repair as detergent compartment does not hold the detergent. Downstairs shower very difficult to turn on. Cleaning staff did not leave adequate trash bags or line waste paper baskets, broken glass pieces left in dishwasher by cleaning staff. Too much gold decor items left by owner leaving little space for tenant to put anything down. No toaster, a commonly supplied appliance. no detergents for dishwasher or washing machine, no coffee pot filters. No boxes of tissues, a cheap courtesy generally supplied by owners. We had to sweep away a large amount of leaves from front door entrance and deck before we could enter the home or use the deck. Curtains leaning against electric baseboard heating units. Very disappointing experience although the property was clean.

Wonderful stay!

This property is peaceful and located in a beautiful wooded setting. Beautifully decorated inside.We loved seeing the deer in the back yard the first evening! and it was very nice to eat on the deck. The cot and baby seat came in handy. Vacasa was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Disappointing property

Air conditioner not working properly, things broken around the house, not so clean, very disappointing especially for the money. Instruction for use of door lock, air, fans etc either not there or incorrect.

Great condo close to Camelback resort

This condo is located very close to Camelback ski resort and allowed us to relax with friends and ski. Condo was comfortable and everything seemed to work well except the sliding door which needs the proper tool to be adjusted to operate smoothly. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating was we had to buy a large soup pot as the condo did not have one large enough and the condo was still decorated for Christmas and our stay was end of Feb. and the pictures did not reflect what we saw when entering condo.

Perfect little getaway

The property was perfect for our little family getaway. Three rooms with queen size beds and full amenities. A dining room table and grill for a nice sat nice dinner together as a family. Very clean and had a home feel. We loved our stay and cannot wait to come back.

Clean, comfortable and well stocked - almost like being at home

We stayed at this property for 2 weeks while we were in between houses. It was very comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked with cooking supplies and utensils. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. The backyard looked out onto pine trees and we enjoyed seeing the many families of deer roaming through the neighborhood. We were very close to the top of Camelback Mountain and enjoyed going up there to enjoy the view and hike some of the trails. It was also an easy commute down the mountain to Tannersville for groceries, shopping at the Crossings Premium Outlets and access to Route 80.

Birthday and Anniversary celebration

We loved the house and the area. Everything was close by. Lovely neighbors and best of all Quiet!!!, One of the issues was the bedroom downstairs and the tv. The bed felt like it was sinking in once you laid down and it creaked Loudly with the slightest motion. Also, the tv made a crackling sound. It’s very old and should be replaced. And the washing machine wouldn’t rinse the clothes or open up. I had to wash my clothes three times before I could open it and my clothes were still wet. Other than that, we had a wonderful time and we look forward to staying again.

The VaCa

When arriving with my grandchildren, I immediately felt safe. The surroundings was clean and quite (as I needed), but not even 5 minutes down the road was excitement. I loved every moment of watching the kids enjoy themselves, as well as myself and hubby. Don't miss the opportunity of taking your family on vacation this Summer, go and let your hair down. By the way, the neighbors were loving and welcoming. They had a dog name Charlie who we fell in love with from the time we saw him. I'm booking again for my granddaughter and friends.
