Whether you're searching for winter sports or summer fun, you'll find it all at Camelback Mountain Resort. The resort's main base area is one mile southeast, featuring some of the best skiing, snowboarding, tubing, and ziplining in the region. The outdoor Camelbeach Mountain Waterpark is one mile east, the legendary Aquatopia Indoor Waterpark is one mile beyond, and Big Pocono State Park - with its sweeping views that reach three states - is two miles southeast. If you're looking for a few more creature comforts, you can book a treatment at the Serenity Spa one mile east or indulge in a bit of retail therapy at The Crossings Premium Outlets three miles beyond.

All guests must complete and return the required registration paperwork at least 48 hours before check-in. Guests are also required to supply a copy of their Identification for all members in the rental party that are at or over the age of 18 by 12:00pm EST on the day prior to arrival failure to complete the registration process will result in cancelation of the reservation

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This is a 'Single Family Unit'. The HOA's rules state: This rental unit shall be used and occupied and/or constructed for single-family residential purposes only and for no other purpose. ‘Single-family’ shall mean a group of one or more persons, related by blood or marriage, who maintain a common household”. No guests outside of the family will be permitted.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
