Nice spacious penthouse apartment with balcony, sauna and fully equipped kitchen. Interior is bright and modern with lot of sunlight. Apartment is especially equipped to host quest. Coffe tea and sugar at property. GREAT LOCATION Few minutes walk to riverside, old down, Tartu New Theatre and central Tartu with its many shops and Pubs. 10min walk to ERM (Estonian National Museum). Nice views to old town, Botanical Garden and River Emajõgi.
