Short notice booking, Motel was so convenient, clean and quiet even though close to the town centre. Beds were comfortable slep well. Parking was just outside the upstairs unit. Perfect stay will book here again.

Booked a 2 bedroom apartment. Room was nothing like the pictures. Riddled with ants. Bathroom light didn’t work (had to use a phone torch to go to the toilet overnight). Double bed was on a lean which made it uncomfortable. Dirty couches.

Enjoyed staying here during the Artdeco festival. The bed was comfortable and it was in walking distance to all the events. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would stay here again.

Clean, spacious and very central

Nice central motel right in town. 10 min walk to lake. Close to everything including Pak n Save, Chemist Warehouse 2 min walk. Spacious and good lighting. Very staff.

A repeat stay at this great value motel. Well equipped with lots of space. The owner is very obliging and happy to meet guest's requests. A convenient location close to town centre.

Really enjoyed my stay in Taupo. Highly recommend Chevron Motel for accommodation. Unit very spacious, spotless, provided everything you would need in your stay. Parking bay outside the unit! Motel ideal location to local facilities, restaurants, shops and recreation areas and the lake.

This is an outdated motel but its well maintained regularly i guess, could use a refurbishment or remodelling on their bathroom.Good kitchen facilities and everything in working order with complete utensil etc. Good selection of tv channels as they have Sky. I choose this initially because the rating is 8 but for me it’s only 7ish
